Time dilation, as described by Einstein’s theory of relativity, is a phenomenon that occurs when an object is moving at a significant fraction of the speed of light or is in a strong gravitational field.

In these conditions, time appears to pass more slowly for the moving object or the object in the gravitational field, relative to an observer in a different frame of reference.

In the Isra (Night Journey), Prophet Muhammad (saw), have traveled with a significant fraction of the speed of light that is why when he returned from night journey from the seventh heaven, the door knob of his house was still moving as if he had just left.

This Holy scripture concept of time dilation completely aligns here with the scientific idea that time passed differently for Prophet Muhammad (saw) during the Night Journey.

The experience have been subjective, and the relativity of time explains why, from the perspective of those on Earth, it seemed as if little time had passed.

Secondly, the Men of the Cave mentioned in the story of the people of the cave sleeping for 307 years is often interpreted as a miraculous event. From a scientific standpoint, if we consider time dilation, their experience could be akin to time passing more slowly for them compared to the outside world, possibly due to unique circumstances.
